This is an experienced Browning A-5 (MFG before 1939 with 5 digit serial number) showing some wear and use. About 70% of the original gloss finish remains and there are a couple cracks in the right hand side of the forend. The bluing is in decent shape with no corrosion or freckling. Maybe a candidate for wood refinishing. The pictures should tell the rest of the story.
